Hari ॐ I’m Trushar, a spiritual seeker on a quest to realise the Atman, Truth, Self or Mokṣa. I am an open-minded Vedānta speaker + content creator who actively shares inspirational digital resources coloured via a spiritual lens.

I also deliver in-person creative talks on numerous subtle dimensions of life such as spirituality, natural wellness and enlightenment. My spiritual talks are inspired from meeting some profound world-class spiritual speakers, teachers and scholars. I often express elements my own life story, travels, reflections, research findings and realisations in my talks.

My talks aim to give you a space to explore your own spiritual journey and embrace culture.

My talks and creative expressions are inspired from my own self unfoldment, life realisations and spiritual life experiences. These are heavily influenced by my life choices and decisions; wellness transformation; professional career; formal education; informal knowledge studies, research projects and natural elements from Yoga, Ayurveda and Purusavada or Advaita Vedānta (non-duality) teachings.

I’ve dedicated the past decade of my private life to actively studying, researching, seeking and practicing teachings from world-class teachers and jñānis vesseling teachings from the Shri Adi Shankarachāryaji’s Daśanāmi Mathas and offspring derivative Dharam Saṃapradās.

Humble homage pranams to the divine Saptarṣi Guru-Sishyā Parāmparā (Atri, Bharadvaja, Gautama, Jamadagni, Agastya, Vasistha, and Vishvamitra) vesseled through various contemporary Achāryas, Swamis, Swaminis such as H. H. Shri Swami Chinmāyānandaji Sarasvatī, Swami Tejomayanandaji, Swami Swaroopanandaji, Swamini Vimalanandaji, Shri Rāmākrishnā Paramahamsa, Swami Vivekānandaji, Swami Pārthasārathiji, Swami Dayanandaji and Yogirishi Baba Swami Rāmdev Yadav; Yog Ayurved Teachers Tirumalai Krishnāmachārya and Acharya Balkrishna Subedi; and Saints from the Bhakti traditions like Goswami Tulsidāsji, Bhagavan Swaminarayan and H.
